US west coast fears tsunami disaster

Following the disaster in Japan, the US is looking closely at its nuclear plants' safety. The northwest coast sits on the Pacific Ocean's Ring of Fire. Scientists say it's only a matter of time before a big earthquake hits the area. Rob Reynolds reports from Cape Lookout in Oregon on the precautions being taken there.
