US Issues Warning on North Korea Nuclear Test

US, South Korean and Japanese officials are warning of a serious response to any "provocative" moves by North Korea, which may launch a new nuclear test as early as today, CNN is reporting. The North must understand that it will "face significant consequences if it continues its provocative behavior," according to a summary of the calls among the leaders from the US State Department. No details were discussed, but the US and South Korea today began joint naval exercises involving a nuclear submarine.
