UN: Rwanda Defense Chief Leads Congo Rebels

Rwanda is not only supporting rebels in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, its defense chief is doubling up as the rebel commander, according to a UN report. Uganda is also aiding the M23 rebels, states the report, which finds that Rwanda has effectively annexed the eastern Congo.
