UK Ministers: Women's Rights Key to Afghan Peace

Much more needs to be done to protect the rights of women if Afghanistan is ever to become a stable country, according to a report from a group of British lawmakers. The report warns that gains made since 2001 could be lost and suggests Britain spend its aid money on helping Afghanistan's poor, not on nation-building.
