Syrian Opposition Announce New United Front

Syria's main opposition group, the Syrian National Council, has joined forces with other opposition groups at a meeting in Qatar. Made up of various anti-government factions, in a step toward forming a broad-based interim government, the new organization will be called the Syrian National Coalition.
