Syria: UN Observers Blocked from Visiting Site of New Massacre

Syria's opposition is blaming the government for another alleged massacre, which reportedly left scores of people dead in Hama province. More than 80 people were killed on Wednesday in the village of Mazraat al-Qabeer, actvists said. UN observers trying to access the site say they are being blocked by the Syrian army. It all comes as United Nations envoy Kofi Annan prepares to address the UN Security Council to try to salvage his Syrian peace plan. Kristen Saloomey reports from the UN headquarters in New York and Rula Amin follows developments from Beirut in Lebanon.
