Syria: Annan's Patience Running Out Over 'Unacceptable' Ceasefire Violations

International envoy Kofi Annan says the UN's 300 monitors must be deployed in Syria as soon as possible. He has also stated that the continuing violence is "unacceptable" and has urged the Assad government to respect the two-week-old ceasefire. But with attacks being mounted by both sides in the conflict, lasting peace still seems a distant prospect. Al Jazeera's Steve Chao reports.
