Scotland to Vote on Independence

In a groundbreaking development, Scottish voters will choose in a 2014 referendum on whether to break away from the UK and become independent. The vote was agreed to yesterday by British Prime Minister David Cameron and Scottish National Party leader Alex Salmond, who's confident independence will win the day.
