Report Blasts State Department in Benghazi Attack

An independent review board has ripped the State Department for leadership and management failures in the Benghazi attack that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans, though isn't recommending disciplinary action. Hillary Clinton is adopting all 29 of the report's recommendations.
