Philippines Looks for Fuel Alternatives

The rising price of oil has led the Philippines to look for alternative fuel sources. It is only 10 per cent dependent on oil for generating electricity, but almost totally reliant on petrol and diesel for transport. Now the government is pushing to change that. Al Jazeera's Marga Ortigas reports from the capital Manila.
