UN Celebrates Malala Day, as Her Example Inspires Pakistani Girls

Young girls in Pakistan and across the world offered messages of encouragement as the United Nations declared November 10 to be Malala Yousafzai Day. Malala continues to recover in the UK from injuries she received after being attacked by the Taliban, and has become a beacon for young women's rights.
