Opposition Win Rocks Georgia

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili has conceded defeat in national elections to billionaire businessman Bidzina Ivanishvili, leader of the opposition Georgian Dream coalition, who is now set to become the country's new prime minister. The result marks the beginning of what looks set to be the first peaceful transition of power in the ex-Soviet state's history. CNN's Matthew Chance reports on this historic result.
