Obama Sets Timetable for Withdrawal, Afghans Fear Consequences

After US President Barack Obama announced in his State of the Union Address that more than half of the American forces in Afghanistan would be withdrawn this year, the Afghan government expressed its readiness to take over security missions in the country. However, observers anticipate an internal war immediately after foreign troops are withdrawn. BBC Arabic reports.
