Norway: Death Toll Mounts After Twin Attacks

At least 11 people are thought to have died and many more injured after Norway was hit by twin attacks today. First there was a suspected car bomb outside the Prime Minister's office in Oslo, which killed seven people. Then a gunman disguised as a police officer began shooting at a Labor Party youth camp in Utoya, around 25 miles from the capital; one person has been arrested but it's feared there could still be explosives there.
