Muslim Brotherhood Claims Disputed Victory in Egypt

The Muslim Brotherhood's candidate Mohamed Morsy has declared victory in Egypt's presidential elections, a claim disputed by supporters of his rival, Ahmed Shafiq. However, with the ruling military council announcing that it will retain many of the privileges it currently holds, it is unclear how much power the new president will have.
