Mexican Opposition Party Embroiled in Twitter Scandal

During and after Mexico's Presidential debate at least 260 Twitter accounts simultaneously posted the same identical twitter messages in favor of Mexican presidential candidate Enrique Peña Nieto. Is his campaign coordinating and financing an army of Twitter users? Or are these fake accounts controlled by a few campaign operatives?
