Libya Becomes Hot Talking Point for US Presidential Campaign

US intelligence agencies now say the Sept. 11, 2012 diplomatic attack in Benghazi, Libya, which killed the American ambassador, was pre-meditated. US ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice had previously said the attacks were an initial, spontaneous response to a YouTube video denigrating the Prophet Mohommed. While Libyans are being encouraged to hand over their weapons in a bid to improve security, the issue is now becoming a prominent presidential campaign talking point. Al Jazeera's Tom Ackerman reports.
