Isaac Calling - But Can Haiti Withstand Another Natural Disaster?

Tropical storm Isaac is hurtling toward Haiti, a country still devastated by a massive earthquake two and a half years ago. The deforested mountains around the capital, Port-au-Prince, make it vulnerable to flash flooding. Thousands of quake survivors still live in tent camps. Al Jazeera's Adam Raney reports from Port-au-Prince.
