Is It Time for a Non-American to Lead the World Bank?

For the first time in almost 70 years, the World Bank could have a president who is not an American citizen. A Nigerian and a Colombian have now joined the race as candidates to replace Robert Zoellick after he steps down in June. Al Jazeera's John Terrett reports from Washington.
