Iran Ready to Talk as Fresh Sanctions Bite

Life in Iran is steadily getting more difficult as sanctions bite and EU nations under pressure from the US shun even permitted trade with the country. Iran is seeking to trade with other nations, but it says it is willing to return to talks on its nuclear program, where sanctions will be high on the agenda.
