Global Work Party Calls for Climate Action

On Global Work Party Day, more than 7000 "work parties" took place, focusing on practical things we can all do to address climate change. In Washington D.C., activists praised President Obama's decision to install solar panels on the roof, but are calling for more presidential leadership. The Global Work Party Day was sponsored by a coalition of over 30 organizations on October 10, 2010.
