Gingrich Takes Offense at US Media Charges

In the US, the field is narrowing as Republican presidential hopefuls look to the South Carolina primary this weekend. Rick Perry has withdrawn from the race, giving his support to former speaker Newt Gingrich instead, but Gingrich has other problems. He is dealing with fallout from a public interview by his ex-wife, who says he asked her for an open marriage. At South Carolina's final Republican debate, Gingrich hit out at the US media. Al Jazeera's Alan Fisher reports from South Carolina.
