Fear as Deadly Ebola Outbreak Reaches Ugandan Capital

The death toll from an outbreak of the ebola virus in villages in western Uganda has risen to at least 16. President Yoweri Museveni has also confirmed that the deadly virus has hit the capital city, Kampala. He has also issued a national warning urging people to avoid physical contact. The virus is highly contagious and there is currently no vaccine or treatment for the disease. Al Jazeera's Malcolm Webb reports from Kampala.
