Exploding Petrol Tanker Kills 14 in Venezuela

At least 14 people died in Venezuela when a petrol tanker overturned and exploded on a main road, setting fire to eight cars and a bus. The accident happened on the Panamerican Highway outside the capital, Caracas. Authorities say the driver of the truck, who was unhurt, has been detained and will be charged in connection with the incident.
