Election Result Delay Raises Tensions in Egypt

Today was supposed to see the official declaration of results from Egypt's presidential election, but the announcement has been delayed. Egypt's electoral commission says it needs more time to assess complaints from the two candidates, but protestors gathered in Tahrir Square say the holdup is another sign the military junta does not intend to hand over power to civilian government.
