Egypt Declares State of Emergency in Three Provinces

Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi has declared a 30-day state of emergency and a night-time curfew in three cities along the Suez Canal that have seen deadly clashes in recent days. The emergency measures come as Port Said suffers a wave of deaths triggered by death sentences on supporters of a local football team.
