The Westchester District Attorney says no police officers will be charged in the fatal shooting of Kenneth Chamberlain Sr. in his own home, after a grand jury declined to indict any of the officers involved. Chamberlain's family is now seeking a lawsuit and federal probe into the circumstances surrounding the veteran's death.
