Cuba Dumping Major Travel Restrictions

In a ground-breaking shift in migration policy, the Cuban government is about to jettison restrictive travel requirements for its citizens. Beginning in January, Cubans will no longer need expensive, hard-to-obtain exit permits to travel abroad. Those coming to America, however, will still need a visa from the US, whose officials fear being overwhelmed with requests.
