Climate Talks Commence in Durban

Up to 25,000 people, including seven thousand delegates from 194 nations, have gathered for UN-backed climate change talks in the South African port city of Durban. However, following previous meeting Copenhagen and Cancun, expectations for any comprehensive deals on global greenhouse emissions are low as once again, a divide between rich and poor nations is felt.
