Anger, Anxiety Mount Over Kenya Election Count Delays

The running mate of Kenyan presidential candidate Raila Odinga says the vote-counting process from Monday's election "lacks integrity" and should be stopped. VOA's East Africa correspondent Gabe Joselow reports that frustration is building as technology failures contribute to delays in results being announced.
