Accused US Soldier Flown Out of Afghanistan to Kuwait

Afghan lawmakers have expressed anger over the US decision to fly an American soldier accused of killing 16 civilians out of the country. US Defense Secretary Leon Pannetta has discussed the situation with Hamid Karzai, and the Afghan President has also said he wants all foreign troops out of villages and rural areas next year. Meanwhile, the Taliban has cut off talks with the US.
