Safadi insists that his trip to Bulgaria was at the request of an unnamed government body. On Tuesday, the Syrian ambassador to Iran said his country is at war with an &quot;axis of evil,&quot; accusing both the United States and Israel of fanning the flames of violence with the support of armed opposition groups.</media:text>

Children lay down in from of the embassy building to symbolize the 50 children killed in the Houla massacre.</media:text>
